Layoffs?

'who are DM is..."? don't you mean who 'our' DM is. college grad?

LOL. I am a college grad but didn't realize you "are" only worried about "our" spelling. Let me rephrase so you can understand...

We have no clue who if we will keep our current DM or what the size of the territory will be. What will be the average dollar size of the territories. What are they using as an assessment? Who will we be interviewing with and do we have any choice on our next position?

Sorry college grad, still not good...."we have no clue who if we will keep our current...."
Hopefully you speak better than your writing skills. How about: We don't know what territories the DM's will be managing.
Personally, I don't care what they do with the DM's. It's time to just worry about yourself and cover your own ass. Now go forward and fight a good fight. This whole integration/transformation/constitution is far from over. It will constantly be changing and we have no control over it, so control what you can.

During the Q&A part of the call it was made clear that all companies would run through Q3 on same comp plans. Q4 will be different comp plans since there will be such chaos but how is Q4 suppose to work? The did not say reps would have to interview for their jobs so what is Q4 all about???

If I heard correctly, all reps will have to interview for their jobs? Why are some people saying only at the DM level will this occur? Also, are it seems as though territories will be smaller with less accounts except for the Territory Manager position?

I thought they said reps would have the opportunity to interview for the territory lead role.

Did anyone's DM's give any details further about any major geographical changes in territories? It seems as though each position except the Territory Manager will mirror each other?
