Why wouldn't you be working this week? If you're expecting anything major on Thursday you will be disappointed. All we will know Thursday is what the new jobs will look like January 2013.

Why bust my behind just to find out on Thursday that I will be doing it for half price after Jan 1, 2013? I'm scared and totally unmotivated and must not be alone. When I came on, there where 10 viewing which tells me I'm not the only one scared and upset.

Why not bust your butt and maximize your 2012 comp plan? Unless you're with endo and make the majority in base salary and can't make much in variable comp?

I am in endo and do well on commissions. I want to be out there busting it but just can't find the motivation knowing that in the end, it probably won't be enough. I've been told a thousand times, it's all about the numbers, it's all about the numbers - which is BS.

We have 7 reps in my town between endo, inc and gynecare. You cannot tell me that is going to fly with this new structure.

Yes, I think if you live in a major city there will be problems. Those based in geographies by themselves with no other Ethicon reps stand to be in great shape imo

We have 2 endo reps, 1 realize rep, 1 csr, 1 hsr and 1 gynecare rep in my town and we have 5 major hospitals in town and many small in surrounding towns. Doesn't seem like everyone would be safe

Biosurgery is not part of the merger between EP, endo, and gynecare. You are wrong
