This dumpster fire seems to get worse. Almost like gasoline poured in. SVP of commercial needs to be removed. Bad business decisions left and right. Untrustworthy and a poor leader.
 






Had a frank conversation within the commercial organization about this thread.
I think the organization is transparent and is able to have tough conversations.
Kudos to JZ for having the courage to address this head on.
I believe in the success of the company and I believe in the leadership. GO TIL!

Go TIL you can’t take the talking down to, endless meetings with zero point, lack of actual ability to run an organization or lead, realize that your mental health is more important than any damn retention—-:::: yes go TIL you just can’t handle to amount of complete shit from JZ. I am sure there were individuals saying go TIL 3 years ago. Where are they now? Oh your right they left this dumpster fire- some even left without jobs. You can go ahead and follow JZ straight into the toilet. I would be surprised if he lead another cell therapy field team. His reputation was not stellar before Iovance - not many friends from Gilead that I am aware of.
 












JZ gave the opportunity to speak up and nobody had anything negative to say. Instead, people here continue to hide behind an anonymous screen to post such hateful and nasty comments like a coward. If you think you’re so great but you hate the leadership here and think this place is burning to the ground, rather than spending your life being a toxic internet troll why don’t you just get a different job and be happy?

- those individuals that have had courage and integrity that spoke up - what happened to them? They are GONE. Look at how many VPs have resigned. We’re they knowledgeable- yes. Did they bring value- yes. Did they speak up- yes. Did they feel the need to exit- yes. Those of us that want to speak up would get pummeled. Don’t worry. I think everyone is grabbing a parachute and going to jump before this plane crashes.

In this thread: a bunch people departed Iovance and think everyone left at Iovance is incompetent and toxic, so came to cafepharma to spew toxic vitriol at the toxic people at Iovance. Those remaining at Iovance think the people who left are incompetent and toxic ones, and are glad those others left. Nothing can be agreed on, except that everyone is now happier.
 






Sorry to disappoint you pal but I am still here. If you don’t realize we have lost talent then you are a fool. How about conducting another anonymous survey and take a pulse of the team. Or are you fearful that the results will be extremely similar and that the culture here stinks. I am happy to place my opinion on a survey- go ahead- Bet you don’t have the guts.
 






























Another worthless day of QBRs. No accountability to some individuals- IYKYK. Let’s continue to allow the idiots that don’t understand cell therapy make key strategic decisions. I don’t have any confidence for success here.

Oh sure...that was such safe environment to provide feedback. Come on! Are you serious? Not one once of trust remains here so people are going along until something better comes along. As you may have noticed there are very few opportunities out there right now, so a terrible job is better than no job for many people.

Way to deflect addressing any of the many real issues we have here by saying anyone who offers critical feedback is a toxic internet troll. Classic textbook weak leadership rebuttal. Not sure I read anything 'hateful'...just candid criticism. Is posting anonymously any more cowardice that senior leadership who bullies and fails to recognize their own shortcomings and failures?

Ask yourself this...how bad is our culture if this is the only 'safe' outlet people feel they have to express their frustrations? That is what senior leadership should be asking themselves and be concerned about...not whether people are being 'mean' on here.

If our senior leaders get sideways about posts about themselves or the company on here it proves the point of how weak, insecure, and unqualified they are...kinda confirms many of the sentiments on this board don't ya think?
 






Leadership here could care less. All they are doing is buying time until they can cash in on their stocks. All the VPs in commercial think JZ is lacking the skills and ability to launch this drug. They just tell him yes so they don’t have to listen to him ramble on.
