No one believes this this is going to get approved. Everyone on the commercial side is interviewing. The retention offer is a joke.
I actually think there is a decent chance of approval, but I am not on the commercial side. Lifi addresses umet clinical need in checkpoint refractory melanoma, and patients need new options. The only holdup was potency assay and that has been addressed. Commercial needs to get their act together for Dec23 launch.
Are you high? If there were no issues we would have CEOs lined up to take the helm. No one wants to captain a sinking ship. Let’s hope the rats stay on board.
Not too many risk takers, but upon approval there will be dozens lined up.
Why does everyone despise JZ so much? He gives rousing speeches and has done good things like get CAR-T reimbursement equivalence for TIL. He is one of the better leaders IMHO.

A bad leader can take a good staff and destroy it causing the best employees to feel and all remainder to lose motivation. Since the turnover in commercial is ~72% what does say about little Jimbo? If this product is going to come to market he needs to be removed from the commercial team. While you’re at it take the head of quality too! She is horrific.
