Sadly it is true. The guy is a complete moron who doesn't work. Check out the new motivational tool % to goal vs peers. Why don't they show revenue generated? Or highlight the territories that got relief? What a load of crap!

Is it true that there is a rep in the NY who was placed on a PIP last half and lost his biggest account but due to "incentive relief of 50-60%" he is now making a $20k bonus for August? WTF! I'm posting territory highs this half and I'm only at 80% because I was dumb enough to do well in the first half. This if complete b*llshit! F*ck you to the *ssholes who put this sh*t together.

Coincidently if you compare the June stack rankings to the latest % to goal rankings you'll notice that the top ten reps in the % goal rankings represented the bottom 15 - 20 reps in the June stack rankings. What does this say upper management douchebags? That's right... you fucked up again! Woo hoo free lunch to the underachievers! It's leadership like this that keeps the turnover high.

I hope you all have your resumes in circulation. Don't stay trapped in this evil place. You can get out. Wake up, this company doesn't care about us and this ridiculous comp plan proves it. I have asked other reps in similar positions if they have ever heard of a comp plan like this and no one can believe it. Management has demoralized us so bad it seems that we've stopped believing in our abilities. We feel hopeless, and helpless. The truth is we control our destiny not our tyrannical managers. Commit to yourself to get out and you can. If you don't you have no one to blame but yourself. Now is the time, today is the day.
