This is the new democratic world order. Penalize the producers and reward the under-performers. You did well and got screwed. Lesson learned? Why kill yourself here anymore?
 






Love the new weekly report. Would it be possible to indicate which reps received incentive relief? This way we can identify who is actually generating revenue for the company.

Quit complaining, you got to make money the first half of the year. It's our turn to get some bonus money. Let us get our fair share without having to listen to you gripe. Somebody much smarter than you created the comp plan so just let it go or get out.

You do realize that to cover your drop some reps had to take astronomical increases in their budget? That those reps that were making it in H1 got financially punished for you to get your pittance?

Coincidently if you compare the June stack rankings to the latest % to goal rankings you'll notice that the top ten reps in the % goal rankings represented the bottom 15 - 20 reps in the June stack rankings. What does this say upper management douchebags? That's right... you fucked up again! Woo hoo free lunch to the underachievers! It's leadership like this that keeps the turnover high.

To all of you who are getting screwed by this comp plan:

I hope you all have your resumes in circulation. Don't stay trapped in this evil place. You can get out. Wake up, this company doesn't care about us and this ridiculous comp plan proves it. I have asked other reps in similar positions if they have ever heard of a comp plan like this and no one can believe it. Management has demoralized us so bad it seems that we've stopped believing in our abilities. We feel hopeless, and helpless. The truth is we control our destiny not our tyrannical managers. Commit to yourself to get out and you can. If you don't you have no one to blame but yourself. Now is the time, today is the day.
 






Did you call a recruiter today? Did you send out resumes today? Did you join Medreps.com or similar type employment websites today? Are you networking? If you aren't what's the hold up? Do you not like a better quality of life? You can take your life back and evict your abusive managers from your lives. Do it for yourselves and your families.
