What the shit happened? Novartis happened. They were sold a bill of goods. For big pharma it's about profitability. The brain trust (sarcasm) at Genoptix doesn't know how to come up with a solution to slack sales. LH and MW are in way over their heads and they are simply not saavy enough to right the ship. Can you say death spiral? Everyone either needs to bail out or strap in for the very bumpy ride and eventual crash.

I don't work for your company, but my Hem/Onc's told me genoptix said there's no EMR $$ months ago. You Genoptix reps should really do some homework and not be afraid to ask these Q's. Also, I had good friends that left this place and they all agree it's a hostile environment here and a very short term position. Most unprofessional company with poor management.

Thank you for sending out the Stack Rankings today! You have officially motivated me to pursue other opportunities. Just as we suspected, the majority reps who have not hit goal over the past 4 quarters are now in the top 10% in July. This a great way to reward underperformance and to penalize your revenue generators. Kudos to the morons who put this together.

Perhaps one of the new top 10% superstars can take you under their wing and give you some sales pointers or better yet lend you a 20.
 






I prefer the 20 as I do not expect to make a bonus. Kidding aside, my DM told me there is rep in the top 10% who the company tried to fire last half due to poor performance.
