Comp plans are usually put together by Finance, HR, and Executive Management. Lindsay had input. This comp plan was obviously put together to keep bonuses low. The best way to grow revenue in a mature, saturated market is with new products. Unfortunately, the new products we have launched have bombed. My question is what, genius came up with the ridiculous growth number.

Your manager is an idiot if he/she does not think LH had any input. This plan is a complete joke. Look at your top 10%, most have not hit goal over the past year and now your giving them money as reward for incompetence and their inability to sell. Most don't even generate 100k in revenue/month. It comes as no surprise that we are not hitting goal as company. This place is a complete joke!

He wasn't talking about building your business, but was explaining the infrastructure and other circumstances from which businesses flourish.

"Somebody invested in roads and bridges. If you’ve got a business, you didn’t build that"

Please take the time to actually read his original comments. He never said you didn't build your business, but the roads and bridges that bring people to commerce.

It's not even all that nuanced. Try not to be so manipulated by ultra conservative foundations.

And for the record, he did not say "if we talk about the economy, we lose." You probably have a youtube version of that manipulation as well.

Is it true that there is a rep in the NY who was placed on a PIP last half and lost his biggest account but due to "incentive relief of 50-60%" he is now making a $20k bonus for August? WTF! I'm posting territory highs this half and I'm only at 80% because I was dumb enough to do well in the first half. This if complete b*llshit! F*ck you to the *ssholes who put this sh*t together.
