Coincidently if you compare the June stack rankings to the latest % to goal rankings you'll notice that the top ten reps in the % goal rankings represented the bottom 15 - 20 reps in the June stack rankings. What does this say upper management douchebags? That's right... you fucked up again! Woo hoo free lunch to the underachievers! It's leadership like this that keeps the turnover high.

2 interviews this week. Wish me luck. After hearing fat ass say that management should PIP more people I cannot get out of this place fast enough. I'm making money now but next year when they turn it around again I'm back to the bottom.

To all of you who are getting screwed by this comp plan:

I hope you all have your resumes in circulation. Don't stay trapped in this evil place. You can get out. Wake up, this company doesn't care about us and this ridiculous comp plan proves it. I have asked other reps in similar positions if they have ever heard of a comp plan like this and no one can believe it. Management has demoralized us so bad it seems that we've stopped believing in our abilities. We feel hopeless, and helpless. The truth is we control our destiny not our tyrannical managers. Commit to yourself to get out and you can. If you don't you have no one to blame but yourself. Now is the time, today is the day.

Is bitterness and low morale common across the country? I've spoken to people within my region and the few I went to training with and all seem miserable here. I'm trying to stick this out but it's the same bull**** every week. Is this how Genoptix has always been? I know it's CP but I interested in the responses.

Common across the country? You must not have been to any NSMs yet. They are a great place to find out who is hiring and to hear how miserable other reps are in other regions. Same shit just different manager names.

This comp plan is such bullshit. I have not lost any business and my sales are over last years sales but I am at 78%. I guess I'll have to tell the kids that my company gave me a big part of someone else's quota and in order to pay my bonus to a less fortunate underperforming rep and that is why there will be no Christmas this year.
