If your happy and you know it...

At this point most are being set up for failure. Most should leave and leavem hanging

Exactly Upper Management would rather blame someone making 75% less than them so their job is safe. Nothing gets quality controlled by the grand poobahas before getting sent. You have $15 an hour clerks basically running the day to day operations. There is no control.

This is true, yet really sad and unfair to employees. Good, honest, talented workers come to Taro expecting at least normal work environment where they can use their skills and being rewarded properly. Instead, person is set to slave in front of computer with no appreciation ever and 1% annual raise. On top of it, insecure manager offends you regularly, blames for his/her own mistakes and takes all credit for your work.
And now, after just 1-2 years of work, depressed and exhausted person is suggested to leave the company (and explain recruiters why such a short tenure with one employer on resume). Disgusting.

Isn’t there a rewards person down the hall? Evidently we are not getting rewards that are up to par. 1% is a slap in the face. Rewards are $1000 for working a 40 hour work week. Rewards are a juice box at lunch time. Rewards are a Starbucks gift card for doing your bosses work.

And they have a nerve to keep telling people that Taro has competitive compensation and great rewards program!

Not true at all compared to other companies in the industry.
I left Taro for a similar company.
Our bonuses and raises were understandably placed on hold for a few months because of the pandemic, but our sales have been good and we have now received our full compensation.

Taro is being run into the ground by toxic managers.
And this isn't even getting into the fact that Princeton is run by a convicted insider trader.

Well, Taro DOES HAVE competitive salaries and great bonuses. It's just not for regular employees, dude. Executives only.

Why would backroom people get bonuses for simply doing the job they were hired for. Pandemic going on. You got paid while most got furloughed. Got a COLA raise at cost of inflation. Get back to work.

Company stinks and employees get underpaid because of the jerks like you still sitting here, whose mind got frozen somewhere in 80s. You call others backroom people but the main backroom person is you! Old nasty bully from the 2nd floor. Get out of this company!

my increase was more than 1%..
I'm not surprised. They often leave it up to the department head to decide which employee is getting what % of merit increase. And when your manager talks to you about increase, he/she would always tell that your increase is either the same as for everybody or higher than other people's- a standard lie to discourage people share with each other how much of increase they've got.
So, if you've got 1% or less, it's your boss, not the company.
