If your happy and you know it...

Hey folks, how about showing some more respect to this company?
Taro is really not that bad place to work- our business is still pretty strong and we have competitive salary levels. I know some of you are having hard time here (looks like mostly in finance) but you still get your paycheck from this company, right? And management let us all work from home part-time which not every company offered during the COVID.
Try to improve your attitude and concentrate on doing the best work you can- at least while you are still here.

Some people come here and exaggerate about the issues in finance and some have valid concerns about the department. No one is complaining about Taro's stability as a company.

"It could be worse" or "Leave if you don't like it here" does not address the problems for the employees who want to stay and make Taro a better place to work for.

Agree 100%. I like the company and my job but ignored issues brings down morale.

I don't know which issues in finance are true and which ones are "exaggerated" but these folks could definitely do better job providing quality information to support our business.
It's not market conditions or COVID that hurt Taro the most- it's "I don't care / Leave me alone / I'm too busy" attitude.

Same thing is going on in my area and I'm on 3. Have some empathy. We're all going through tough times. Everyone is burnt out. If you're saying things have always been this way, blame those in charge for looking the other way instead of acknowledging and dealing with problematic issues at hand.

Why do you act like our floor is professional heaven??? We work with unprofessional, arrogant, EXTREME insecure no manners having, lazy jackasses all day every day. 3rd floor is more screwed up than 2nd. Quite acceptable to demean others, it's actually the norm.

Nobody said 3rd floor is "professional heaven", there's lots of ongoing issues too. I was just responding to someone who said problems in finance are "exaggerated". Nothing will ever change for the better if people refuse to recognize their issues and fix.

This was likely posted by someone from the 2nd floor (pretending he/she is from the 3rd)
What are you trying to say here- that work atmosphere on the 2nd is much nicer and cozier? Yeah, right!

Nope stop trying to deflect from the toxicity going on our floor. Fix the ignored toxic behavior allowed to continue only at Taro offices.

I don't see where that post mentioned work environment on either floor.
It was about quality of work done by finance.
And I hate to say this, but it's accurate.

You don't hate to say anything demeaning because that's our HR. You could use some type of course on how to work well with people instead of causing conflict

Your statement is weird and unfair generalization. I'm on the 3rd floor and so is my team. We work in good and healthy environment. I know there's some managers here behaving quite unprofessionally which is a shame. However it's not the reason to call the whole floor "screwed up". Most of the people are hard working, ethical professionals. Your post is also offensive to company's executives who are on this floor as well. Are you one of the 2nd floor guys? Looks like.

Yes H.R., it’s agreed your highly staffed is in a very healthy no-stressed state. God Bless.

You can staff department as well as you want and still get no job done if people prefer just spending time whining on CP, clashing with other departments and insulting their colleagues, instead of improving their work. I agree with someone who said earlier: Change your attitude to this company and to your work!

This is funny! I suggest all those complaining on being understaffed/overwhelmed think about what's going on in their department- is it truly not enough headcount or you just have people who are unable to do their work right and on time?

Elmsford office is a complete joke. Time to move the entire operation to Princeton and lose many heads. HR needs to go and sell Avon. Finance management needs to teach parrots how to talk. Time to cut the loss and move forward.
