We keep going around in circles with this, but the good employees left in the last three years because of the bullying and mismanagement. We are left with many low-performance employees because of this. We still have good employees, but they cannot make a dent in this problem.
No one has been able to make a dent in the problem in many years. The bully culture is longstanding. Very talented employees left and are still missed, but there were also some who we were happy to say goodbye

Nothing changed before or after because nor he or PC were the problem. They are the problem. Pack of mean kids on the playground who won't change unless someone in charge decides to make changes. They still have the same bullies calling the shots, so the same nonsense continues. The only thing MB did wrong was to not get rid of the "Brat Pack", but I'm sure he had bigger fish to fry.

When MB came to Taro, old bullies had already been there. He had enough authority to change things, but chose to do nothing and play in as another clown. Nothing's changed since he left because all bullies are still here.
 






Nothing will change until you actually report the bullies.

In all companies I worked for before, they allowed employees to take as much time off as they need on the elections day. All fully paid. This is the first place where they haven't announced it.
What's normal in other companies either doesn't exist in Taro or, if happens, presented to you as the Greatest favor from your management that you should appreciate for the rest of your life.
