Both issues can true and it all comes back to poor leadership. Toxic managers prefer not to hire talented people- they are too jealous and afraid of being replaced. Hence, low quality personnel onboard and poor job done. On the other hand, if someone turns out to be a good employee they immediately start bulling him out of the company. And there you go- resignations and understaffed teams.This is funny! I suggest all those complaining on being understaffed/overwhelmed think about what's going on in their department- is it truly not enough headcount or you just have people who are unable to do their work right and on time?
