If your happy and you know it...

Nothing will change until you actually report the bullies.
This is not an official channel, so anything written here will be ignored.
And it's obvious that HR did nothing about the exit interviews in the past, so they have now been eliminated.
Reports have been made and key players are all over exit interviews, nothing is done. People use CP to vent. Everyone knows the BS continues. No change made, no change in environment. Management without degrees, education or sense to LEAD, bullying and demeaning others is acceptable. This is going on for years now.

What's normal in other companies either doesn't exist in Taro or, if happens, presented to you as the Greatest favor from your management that you should appreciate for the rest of your life.
100%. And vice versa: what's considered nasty and unacceptable in other companies- bullying, scheming, slandering, offending - is norm at Taro. Time off on elections day? LMAO! Not in this company.

To your comment about reporting the bullies: one of those days when I was with Taro, I complained on my manager's ongoing BS. It wasn't ignored by HR, but guess what they did- took complaint straight to my manager. So, I was called in for a long conversation - all about how wrong and ungrateful I'd been by filing that complaint- and things had only gotten worse after that.
No, official reporting won't help in companies like Taro. Bully management, dumb HR

I thought retribution for reporting a toxic work environment was illegal?

Your example shows why most employees suffer in silence and get terminated, or just leave without making a report.
