IDEXX HATES ITS EMPLOYEES

The regional manager in NorCal is a f*tard. I have never seen a more incompetent fool. go back to Canada. He can't keep his reps straight. He doesn't even know where our territory lines are and will argue with us about it. He doesn't know what deals are happening either. It's so f*ing pathetic. He has been caught lying so many times to us and upper management does nothing. He talks crap about his reps to the other reps on his team. When we try to say something to HR, HR tells him because he is probably f*ing them and the matter gets swept under the rug. He slone has been mentioned on this thread almost as much as the CEO. He tries to fire us to protect his job by using the excuse "I can't hit my number because I don't have a full team". He constantly ignores us when we need something and cancels his calls and ride days. I never seen someone so disconnected. The list goes on. Get a clue IDEXX! Clean up NorCal. Save yourself, don't apply for any NorCal position until M.B. is gone. OH, and stop banging chicks at company events. I feel sorry for your wife.
 






When will we get rid of the "little" men making big mistakes? Destroys what little morale there is when lying, cheating, pseudo leaders remain....cut responsibilities why not fire them?
 












Well said about Mark. It took some longer to realize than others but everything you said is true. I'm not sure about the banging other employees part but it wouldn't surprise me....his morals are low, which show on his team. He breeds negativity with his lies, and causes people to quit just to get away. Don't let him fool you, this guy is a snake and will do anything to save his own ass.... No, but I can tell you distribution hates them, We all now have a renewed energy to displace Idexx at every turn. JA says Distribution does not move market share, The last part of that quote should be "unless they are properly motivated".

Being an a$$hole and learning from mistakes is one thing.....continuing the pain to others, especially what he does to his kids is beyond excusable. He deserves every pain he suffers....and then some. You clearly drank his coolaid....good luck to you.

Regardless of what you think of the man personally, his performance speaks for itself. The personal attacks reek of desperation. If you spent more time actually selling you might not feel so compelled to post unsupported rumors anonymously.
 


















Half of Marcom was let go a few weeks ago. GE was let go too. Inside Sales is just a call center now with Que's and such, no different than Time Warner. No commission anymore, pay is based on phone metrics. Outside Sales is a struggle because all of distribution is going against Idexx. Reps are tasked in setting 5 appts each day, 25 a week. Managers expect you to do your notes on the road, but thats not realistic, considering you have to be on the go all the time, so you get home and take an extra hour or two to do the notes and other admin work.
