How to destroy field medical

















New leadership, who will it be….. please don’t let it be another Roche leader with no experience in the US market. We do not need a repeat of the Bill and Ted’s excellent adventure
 












Why is Nina the MED such an dumbass?

Some things never change. She always has been. Had to laugh when she lost her MSL leadership position and ‘landed’ or was handed the MED position and had to work under Peggy H who is a tyrant. PH destroyed the MCLs, crested the MEDS and that has been nothing but a disaster. She is so talented that she also destroyed the MSL organization at the same time. SMH.

Omg she walks around like she owns the place (Nina) should be served a slice of humble pie. Shit when she was an FD I remember how much the MSL complained about her. How stupidity rises to the top here in leadership is baffling here at Genentech.
 




Virtually every leader here fits that model. The dumber you are, the higher you rise. Peggy, Nina, Cathy and many others should have been cut long ago. They all need to get a dose of self awareness to start.
 












Who thinks field medical going to get any better with Brian, Roberand Cathy at the helm? Why discuss a GEOS survey when they are a large part the problem. No one looks up to this leadership team and surely Alexander sees it. No one trusts this leadership team either. I think I’m outta here just cannot take incompetence much longer

Spot on, will people be bold enough to express the incompetence and make leadership take action?

Who would you express it to? There’s no one to complain to. The competency level goes down with every next level of leadership. It’s hopeless, so just go check your D&I boxes and give up. I know I have.
 




someone that has been here for sometime needs to have a frank discussion with AH and tell him how it is. I know that it will be hard as that person will then be a target as gSpeak is just a nice slogan.

If AH doesn't see the sycophants or address the issues already, I doubt we ever will.

Rav, Joni, and Jamie were disasters. After they were removed, they left us with these opportunistic misfits that are more incompetent than we imagined. As the GEOS survey indicates, these interim "leaders" are as useless as a fart in a shitstorm.
