How to destroy field medical

Toby seems like a nice guy so far. The only way to fix things once and for all is for him to get rid of most of our current leadership which as we all know is a main part of why things are not great.
 




Can someone just call Toby and tell him straight up about CS and all the other dead wood that needs to go once and for all

It is freakin insane that we are dealing with these ass wipes all this time

Are you only working for money? That’s your “blessing”?

I think there are plenty of people here who make constructive comments on how to make medical better with stronger, focused leadership.

Ignore the noise, focus on the suggestions that are provided. That’s what active listening is - mSL 101.

Robert is non-existent waiting for his package, Cathy thinks she’s staying and she needs to go. FMLT needs to be gutted keeping only 2-3 of the competent ones and about 1/3 of FDs ineffective and need to go.
Here is the sad truth…I am sure the new VP is great but she is going to be way in over her head, listening to what the FMLT tells her they are in preservation mode so we just aren’t going to see the change that needs to happen. I don’t think this country mgr is going to be capable and tough enough to shake this place up. Rinse and Repeat continuing to be the joke of Genentech

Not all PharmD's are like this. It's only Cathy and her oral fixation on food and people choking.

Cathy is a 70-year-old comedian. She's so good, her punchlines are as thick as her liquid diet, and her favorite joke is making people choke on laughter.

All Cathy does is choke on calls.
 




Toby - you are a smart guy but for the love of God get rid of Cathy! She is toxic, barely works, not a leader what so ever. She has to go - watch the morale, culture and productivity of the field teams immediately improve upon her departure! She literally sat with me at lunch in ssf proceeding to tell me she and hervwhole caucassian family is a minority in Sacromento - ladies and gentleman the leader of the Oncology field team.
