How to destroy field medical


Brian, MED in KS/MO is a turd! Guy desperately wants to be a HED. Wants to be so much more important than he really is. Has he left his office in the past 3 months? No value, gossip queen collecting and easy paycheck. Most of these MEDs like Brian and his ilk are stealing from the company. Time to go B RI!
 



Brian not only wanted to be the HED he also wanted to be the RMD ... Surprised the fucked up RTAL team didn't hire that loser to the rest of the MEDs that got these jobs to round out their terrible decisions that we all need to live with now. The only thing that was inspiring about NFM was Pitbull. Aside from that watching Greg and Ryan suck eachothers dicks this are just how its gonna be here in FMT.

Ryan you are hilarious. Of course you would be spending LT time trying to figure out why ppl were asking questions bc let's face it what do YOU actually do other than trolll around pretending to be a leader and now your side kick is on your LT too. Let's not spend valuable company resources to what dumb and dumber each other off. You were doing much before the transition you still ain't doing much. You are command and control, truly don't know much about oncology bc what have you actually contributed to real strategy aside from the BS you push around Veeva, you don't value diversity because folks that don't look like you can't stand to be around you because you alienate folks, it's only a matter of time before HR comes knocked bc folks are certainly fed up with the garbage you spew. But of WE need to hit OUR numbers so YOU can collect your hefty paycheck and stay employed bc you don't really do a damn thing yourself.

I hope the RTALs are real proud of these decisions they've made, just check out the leaders you've put in place sounding off on here, maybe that what yall were going for, letting these "RMDs run the show" you've really shown us that we as MSLs don't even matter. Glad I have a front row seat to this shitshow, the show is just about to get real. When are these RMDs going to roll out these amazing metrics that you will have us putting up the numbers???

When you consider the reason for the poor culture in Field Medical, it's the direct lineage of Cathy, Peggy, Lisa, Ryan, and Greg.
 


















Keep an eye out for P. Han as well. She is a destroyer and as many have said already has 'fingerprints' all over the changes in FMT the past several years.

Peggy Han sucks in commercial her leaders hate her too yet somehow she still has a job … anyone else notice how several of her HEDs have quit or left their role… she’s a terrible leader please dear God I hope she doesn’t come back and take Bea’s job. She NEEDS to be packaged out!!! Put that in the Roche survey!
