I know these threads usually attract a couple of angry reps who do the majority of the posting but wondering if there are any others who could share any insight on how it is to rep here for tenured experienced reps? Is it like a big Pharma? Is pay very competitive? Looks like the company pipeline is stout which has me interested.. I’m sure they’ll be some nasty replies but hoping some insightful not so nasty ones as well.

Looks like you may have joined the wrong company thread? Most rep’s here ARE angry & 80% of the tenured ones, have already quit! LIKE big pharma, you ask? This company IS ran by a former big pharma operations group. The pay plan has gotten WORSE over time. Lastly, if by stout PIPELINE you mean just “1 drug” then yes, you are correct. Hope the nasty TRUTH, was insightful!
 






Yes that’s a problem with start up companies these days. Most of the leadership is recycled big Pharma drones with zero innovation. But then again, most of these sales forces are also recycled pharma reps so it’s all one giant big Pharma cluster F. Sad cause there a companies with really strong pipelines but it’s all ex big pharma drones who ruin what should be great opportunities.
 












It’s amazing that this company still exists. Charging $170k+/yr for a daily pill that every other company passed on with shady Eastern European data should be recognized for what it is. Bunch of sheisters and crooks. They hide data from reps because the data highlights with was observed with IH. The drug doesn’t work.

Let’s not get too carried away here. Wakix does work very well for EDS & is likely to become the safest new treatment option, for people struggling with IH, too? While All of your OTHER observations may well be spot on, the truth, let’s not forget that it was also their own awful study design that caused our failure to gain the IH indication (do they even know how Wakix works???) This IH shortcoming, was not for lack of the drug’s effect!
 












The disenchanted reps on here can’t see past their own personal frustrations. The pipeline at this company is rock solid and outshines most other Pharma companies.

ummm yeah. Let’s talk again in 1-2 years…that how long it’s gonna take for anything in this “pipeline” to be of any value, at least to reps. The reps personal frustrations are far less disturbing than that empty head of yours.

I feel your pain pal. Sounds like you’ve been butt hurt by a bad manager and or the company. I get it…. You can’t see past the right here right now and the anger it brings you. I’m sure that struggle is not an easy thing for you do deal with. However, I’m not basing the companies future pipeline on your own personal challenges here. Nor should you. This pipeline is not mine or anyone else’s personal opinion. It’s the reality. All one has to do is check it out online.

yeah, there is a pipeline chart for the sake of investors stupid enough to throw money at the company.

near term, the only thing possible is two expanded indications in sleep related disorders that aren’t going to do much if they happen at all.

as for cannabidiol, that ship sailed. The hype is over and even Jazz realizes they overpaid for GW and are trying to sell them off.

this isn’t a pipeline as much as it is a hope chart.

Uhhhhhhh, can someone ELSE please help explain, exactly what pipeline is being discussed here?
Looked online myself & only seeing just 1 drug and a subpar penny stock acquisition, with zero uptake or sales figures to support any reliable value estimation, whatsoever!

Where’s the beef (pipe’)???????

There ends lies the problem here and with other companies as well. The entire industry is filled with thousands and thousands of these recycled pharma drones looking for a fresh start but bring their same old beat down experiences with them to the start up companies. In essence there are really no such thing as a start up. Haha

If by “drones” you’re referencing our tenured, well established & high achieving sales force, that Harmony leadership repeatedly prides THEMSELVES on vetting / hiring, then compliment accepted!
(Sad thing is, we’ve already lost 85% of our original employees & the attrition rate remains @ an all time high level.)

Status update, after 7 years in existence, the term “startup” has long expired & should no longer be an excuse for our misguided fumblings here. And while we’re critiquing ourselves: this whole launch mode mentality that is continually thrown around, as an excuse for our insanely high
(out of reach) sales forecasts & goals, needs to go by the wayside along with that crappy IC plan that is actually the closest thing to a a literal old school, recycled big pharma quagmire offering!

The great ones don’t even need to worry about these kinds of posts, or if they are big, small, a startup or established company.
Because they are confident &
can rest assured, of their own employee’s satisfaction, since they actually treat everyone the same way they expect to be treated themselves, in good faith!

Not just focused only on their own wealth, by virtue of consistently underpaying employees with mere peanuts, while feasting on the excessive luxuries provided by all of our thankless labor.
