Thanks for more of your typical trashy advice Pal, but with our tiny bonus checks I’d rather have my nails done & sip wine, than have anything to do with your good ol’ boy’s club!

While leadership underperforms, and our stock tanks by 50%, do you only get 25% pay & 350 RSUs like us, too? Or still get your same overinflated, self awarded fat ass, bonus checks & thousands of RSU grants?

shame on you then. Why the hell are you still there? I don’t get reps like you who complain and bitch when you allow it to happen by remaining in the situation and not bolting for a better job.
 














































































This company is falling apart! It’s run by a bunch of big Pharma arrogant money hungry people. They don’t care about the patients, only the money.

They have all this panic about leaving. They hold ad boards to find out why? They take the feedback and say they can’t change anything and gues what?

Now they just list another Regional Manager and the top rep in the company over the last five years. Run, get out when you can. The house is burning down!
 






A company that has hit consensus 13 out of 15 quarters as a public company, closed 3 BD transactions in the last year and shared they have potential to launch a drug every year for next 5 years - sounds awful. Good people leave everywhere and looks like sales leadership has no issue reloading there.
Don’t have a dog in the fight but would check the industry around you to find greener grass - not much out there.
