There's some good departments here where you get paid a lot, work remotely, and basically do nothing all day. I'm unfortunately not in one of those. Paid like shit, work hard, and have to commute to this half abandoned office.just starting to because of applying. A little discouraged
this place has changed for the worse as a result of going public. There are issues in every department and people too blind to make any changes or accommodations unless you’re in the big boys club. Too many people hired for roles that have no idea what they’re doing. People who hate their families force their teams to work in an empty office building. The only goal is to please shareholders each quarter in the hopes to ensure the shitty stock doesn’t get any worse.

have heard that when I was reaching out going through the possibility of applying. This is good to know
Have heard of at least 6 heading out of here as soon as they have that payout! Working on trying to do the same ASAP as well. It’s funny how you never miss goal, you work hard and are making great money but culture will make you want to run for the hills
More specifically, around here it’s very clear, our leadership’s only goal is pleasing “themselves”!
They continually reward “each other” with huge salary increases, egregious transition bonuses & thousands of shares, of OUR own stock. So much for ALL of us, being in the same boat.
Every STM & RBD here is so sick of working at this shitty, dysfunctional, unethical company. Turnover rates since day 1 in 2019 is WAY above Pharma industry average because leadership doesn't even care about us. Roger, Dave, Jeff & the Boys only care about getting referrals faxed in & making them at the top rich/happy. All reps here (regardless if they are ranked #1 or #72) are trying desperately to escape the toxic, fake, narcissistic, abusive, unethical leadership here as soon as we all can. Even my RBD hates working here lol. You are nothing to Sr Leadership unless you are ranked in the top 7 reps annually & even then they will still treat you like a piece of hot dogshit the minute you have a bad quarter. Worst place for employee morale I’ve ever worked & I’ve worked for some really awful pharma companies over my 15 year Pharma career. Run from this place! If you are reading this considering working for Harmony, please do yourself a favor don’t even bother applying for any sales openings unless you are totally desperate, ready to get bullied & need to pay your Mortgage. Leadership literally lies, cheats and steals money from you out of your pockets & lines their own with it. Culture is so fucked here it’s unbelievable!
The company is now panicking on what it takes to prey the bleeding of sales reps leaving. Two surveys in 2023. Multiple exit interviews with those leaving and still they’re scrambling to ask what would make the STMs stay?????
Maybe changes to their approach to sales starting with the never ending need to deny doing the right things: Adjusting mistakes in providers mid quarter. Not adding Total prescriptions to IC even though we are in year 5!!
Not remaining competitive with insurance contracts, not too scared to allow reps to do standard industry pull through.
messing up the IH study!
last but certainly not least….not allowing for honest feedback without becoming labeled as a negative person. Tge definition of Toxicity!

How many rep’s have resigned, so far in 2024? Heard your IC Plan is outdated and not very good, compared to most other rare disease positions!
Got any other recommendations for good jobs, with decent leaders & fair pay, out there?
Appreciate any leads
