Unfortunately, the only way to be promoted at Harmony as a Rep is if you are ranked #1-7th in nation and get President’s Club. If you don’t live in an area where managed care is more favorable overall with less steps through generics, forget about a promotion. I’ve been here 4 years and you are considered totally useless to the leadership team unless you win the award trip. It’s the absolute worst culture you could ever be a part of here. Run!

Run, don’t look back, just run. If you are up for one of the openings in Florida, run faster. Their manager is the worst, he will put you on blast, tell leadership when you leave that you were the reason his district sucked when it’s his Salt. If you go back and you look at every district or region, he’s been a part of they’ve always been last, but I’ll blame the reps when they comment denominator for a region failing is him, then he will act like he’s the only reason why it’s staying a float when good people are leaving blaming those good people for why the region was doing so bad when it all actuality, they’re running for the hills because he’s an absolute joke. If you want to fail, come to this company, if you really want to fail, come under his “leadership” why they keep him in after multiple people have told HR about him is nuts

Well, our HR dept is even worse than leadership. I know for a fact that HR ALWAYS sides with management and if you “gripe” to them they immediately run to your manager and complain about you. Going to them will only make things worse for you personally, so avoid them like the plague.

The good news is that many of us fortunate escapees, have left Harmony to find new employment with much more stable and appreciative organizations that really do care about their employees & show it by actually providing long term incentives.

I refuse to go to HR about anything. Too many people that we know have gone to HR about people, who have done or said things they shouldn't and HR does not give a damn. All it will take hopefully is HR f-ing up eventually and all of these people getting their ass handed to them for breaking all the rules of Pharma that will get you fired in a heartbeat anywhere else. At Harmony that make you a VP or Regional and keep you there knowing people are leaving because of you and knowing you are asking your team to do sketchy things.

Your question itself, indicates that you do not even take the time to read the fat stacks of exit interviews, in your own HR department! With Harmony’s 65% attrition rate, for Admin Staff, MSL & Field Base, you should know exactly how many other legit “Great Places” they left here, to go to work for.
Note to self, “NOT Losing” all of your remaining great employees in the first place, would be a novel move, going forward!

It should be easy because they have all quit relatively recently AND with a sales force of less than 80 that many exits in a short time alone should have made some red flags go up but since you and your morons are that far removed from every day life how about you listen to the people that have left and the reasons they have since many of us all have the same reasons. The difference between you and the dumb ass out of touch with reality politicians we have in political office throughout Washington on both sides is that we don’t get to vote you out of office and hopefully save things we just get to watch you run this company into the damn ground not giving two shits

Exit interviews are meaningless, as are any complaints or the “panel” put together to find
common ground for sales force. It’s a churn and burn mentality and it’s about to get real with these people. Pushed the envelope with super aggressive forecasting…stock still sucks and dwindling numbers. We all know who pays the price for moronic decisions made by leadership. Zero pulse on the business.
 






I know these threads usually attract a couple of angry reps who do the majority of the posting but wondering if there are any others who could share any insight on how it is to rep here for tenured experienced reps? Is it like a big Pharma? Is pay very competitive? Looks like the company pipeline is stout which has me interested.. I’m sure they’ll be some nasty replies but hoping some insightful not so nasty ones as well.
