So how many STMs have worked our last day for Harmony and are quitting/not going back January 2nd since we don’t have to give back the $25k in bribery money? Will there be 3,4,5 or 6 reps quitting now that they finally can get out of the worst culture in the history of Pharma. God I hate this place!
Have heard of at least 6 heading out of here as soon as they have that payout! Working on trying to do the same ASAP as well. It’s funny how you never miss goal, you work hard and are making great money but culture will make you want to run for the hills
Last day of the year. Tomorrow starts the tracking of how many people are leaving now that they have their 25k payout. Let’s see if it’s more of less than predicted
When are we getting paid our bonuses? I need to get the fuck out of here.
I’ve heard you will be paid out whatever full quarter you finished regardless of when you leave during the next quarter. So now that we’re in Q1 you should still get whatever you made in Q4 when bonuses payout even if you’re gone before then. My previous company did it that way too.
And we are only 2 business days, into the 1st week, of 2024. Got 2 more days left, Who’s Next???

Is it the management or the single product offering that makes this such a bad place? Maybe both are horrible?
It’s definitely management. The product is fine. I have had no problem selling it. It’s all management. Corporate allows terrible managers to stay on who will fire you if you miss goals twice but that manager has only hit goal maybe a few times themselves and they chase everyone off!
Well another one bites the dust. Just heard of another person who put in their notice this afternoon. From what I understand the people who have put in their notice this week are actually good people and good reps. This is bad

as someone who is applying for a job, if you don’t know the person personally how do you know they were a good person? Good rep you can see via numbers bug person?
