The person they responded to was probably told the wrong thing about the taxes, or misunderstood it, however, it just shows what a terrible rep this person is that they didn’t read the fine print that no matter the reason you leave you pay it back. You have to love that maybe someone being confused by the garbage that is Harmony and assuming you would have to pay it all back because wouldn’t put it past them, automatically makes them a terrible rep.

Purchase what? Their patent is expiring, pistolent won’t get FDA approval and they have a worthless THC less patch. On top of that they’re outsourcing every thing they can to India. The future looks awesome…

I don't know who introduced it to you but most STM's were very clear that it was a RETENTION bonus. This is why it was paid out in TWO installments over 3 months. Most adults understand that free money is ALWAYS conditional and are not blindsided by "fine print". Remaining with a company for a measly 5 months in order to keep a $25K bonus you earned for simply being at the company - whether for 3 months or 4 and a half years - is a short ask.

It’s not as if any responses on the survey actually mean anything to mgmt, unless of course they are complimentary. I understand there have been very few positive remarks left?
Once they pay the $15k annual fee the business wins the award. That survey is just a way to see who hates working at that shitty place.
 












Yea, that award is predetermined. I really hope they drop bonuses early so I can get the fuck out of here.

sounds like harmony at its best. You get fucked out on the field. We get fucked in the office. This place really treats everyone differently. I think the only consistency here is how inconsistent they are.

It sounds like the only ones they treat differently are top management and reps/managers who are willing to bed over to stay ahead of the game. Everyone else seems to be worth less than the dirt under their shoes. We know of at least 3-4 people leaving once Jan rolls around. With only 77 reps nationwide that’s a decent hit. Maybe they will wake up to how shitty they are but I doubt it
