what reps that are gaming the system are doing is telling physicians to label everything as narcolepsy even though they don’t have clinical records to prove it. Reps don’t care since they are mainly paid for the start form. A low proportion of the forms turn into patients getting meds.

its 21 now. To be honest I have not asked the ones on my team why but I may now. A number of them I know are looking actively which would mean in 4 years they would have lost well over half of their original sales force. That just screams something’s wrong because usually people who launch don’t leave that quick

I know of two personally who achieve and exceed their goal and are looking. A few people were and left. Sometimes it’s also about culture and this culture sucks. I am making the most money I ever have in my 20 year career and crushing my goals and am looking actively. Truly with this level of disease state along with how they do their IC and goals people can only keep this up for so long before they run everyone off

I’m interested in what they will say in this meeting to buffer yesterdays giant stock plummet and the reason it did. I’m sure that was their big talking point next week about how great they are and all the good things we had down the road, but it’s going to be a bunch of BS, fluff and maybe another bend over incentive that you lose money on if you find another job

true definition of toxicity! The only thing that will change this culture is for Harmony to be acquired and the leadership (or lack of it), fired!
 






Worst place I've ever worked. So many people maomg great money and miserable while doing it. That should tell you something. No one enjoys making a company money ran by people they hate.

That was by far the WORST meeting I have ever been at in 13+ years of working in Pharma. This place is a toxic dump. I can’t wait until January 2nd so I can keep the hush money & get the hell out of here! You can see on all their faces that leadership is so miserable in this culture. Not a sign on bonus, the "bend over and keep your mouth shut" bonus. Crude, yes. Truthful, also yes. Basically we know we are screwing you over left and right and we plan on making your goals so difficult that we put you on PLAN and and fire you before December and you have to pay it all back including the taxes that were taken out, but please thank us for this amazing bonus. Oh yeah and you have to sign off saying that you accept it and will pay back, but if you don't sign it it will be a red flag and we will most likely fire you.
