Hey California. You guys get layup quotas again because you don't get any sunosi numbers added in? It's ridiculous that there are people with less than 20 referrals in the top third of the country because Bill doesn't know how to take a few minutes to figure out an average to add in to make it fair. Good job though selling half what everyone else does with twice the population.

How you have the manager you do when he failed in other regions and within less than a year of him leaving that region went from last performing region to a top performing region and now you are stuck with him and have only hit goal twice in the time he has been there. The man has to have something on Roger for him to stay on. There has to be some dirt somewhere because when a manager like that can stay on never hitting goal and being a narcotic, narcissistic dumb ass that pisses his own reps off, but a rep misses goal once and gets fired shows that he has blackmail on hire ups. Continue to bend over boys.

your post screams, "I'm corporate" or "I'm so far up Rogers but I can't breathe..." There are reps who received letters or warning after missing goal by 2 one time because they are such dumb asses they can't fathom that its their unrealistic goals or idiots in charge who are getting people kicked out of offices. In our region, our regional has gotten every single rep kicked out of an office and told not to come back, two of us, it was our biggest accounts. We told corporate and they did nothing. Feel pretty good this person left. It's why only 21 people remain of the original 77. Some are leaving without another job offer because this place is so crazy. Some of us don't have that option but are searching like crazy.

The executives (Dayno, Kumar and Sandip) are absolutely clueless - they have no idea how to turn the stock around. They need to go ASAP.

its 21 now. To be honest I have not asked the ones on my team why but I may now. A number of them I know are looking actively which would mean in 4 years they would have lost well over half of their original sales force. That just screams something’s wrong because usually people who launch don’t leave that quick
