Fresenius Kabi

With Amgen pulling the plug on Amgevita how much longer do we have until this experiment is over? Anyone have an insider track on layoffs?

The Sandoz, CVS joint venture has me more concerned. Factor in poor payer coverage and little to no sales with top heavy sales leadership. Q1 2024 should be very interesting.

Ventegra. The PBM THAT NO ONE heard of is the main initiative and push. Another example of the incompetence and failure of this company. No strategy. No transparency. No communication. No leadership. Incompetence since June and every day since. Incompetence on every level, starting with that bully joke of a leader leading the east region. Cannot believe how badly they lied to us. Can’t blame us for believing them; we assumed they were honorable and respectful. We did our jobs from January till June. We did everything we were asked to do, and then some. They did not do their job. Yet, we are the ones who are getting penalized and not getting paid the bonuses. We are the ones who are paying for their incompetence. Worst culture I have ever seen.

The Chicago training meeting 2022 was all you needed to see to realize it was a dumpster fire. Hell day 1 of training was all you needed to see. They hired the wrong team from the top down. You can’t hire a bunch of washed up Claritin managers and think they can compete in a biologics space.

So it’s kinda of your fault for being so dense to not realize

That's Mike servant at his best, wouldn't hire NY talent that actually knew how to sell biologic because he didn't want anyone to appear smarter th him on the marketplace. He should have embraced those of us who knew what success looked like. He felt too threatened. Loser

Lake Zurich has a leak.--- A "pilot program" in Biosims is launching in Q1 and these details have not been shared as of yet? Q1 is 2 weeks away. The Lake Zurich source was emphatic that Q2 has to be a triumph with both products or division will be sold off. Those plans take time to develop meaning they are almost finalized now and waiting for the button to be pushed.

Collect the check and apply for jobs. No one is going to give you the truth here until the last minute. In the next three months biosims will be dissolved. This experiment is over.

What will become of Biosimilars is not written in stone. However, things simply don’t look good. If so, all the folks that have left would still be here. And of course management is going to tell everyone things are fine and are on the up and up. No company ever says, If things don’t turn around in the next 3 to 6 months we are going to start layoffs. Yeh right. Smart thing to do is apply elsewhere and if you get something better, take it. Good luck folks.

Again, I was told by managed market insider that Idacio coverage will still be spotty with no major plan coverage. Toci is buy and bill and the disconnect from reality of this being a 95% business decision in each account is missing from their thought process. I hope I am wrong and have been told wrong, but Toci is not moving in the direction they planned. Again, I hope I am wrong.

Toci is not going to save us. Neither is Idacio going to be getting on any major plans in 2024. A lot of smoke and mirrors going on in Immunology. Humira has the market and unless an office is FORCED to switch, there is absolutely no reason to prescribe Idacio. FK may get some tiny plan wins in 2024, but nothing that’s going to make a dent. They can’t even give us sales goals because they know there is absolutely no way in hell we can attain them with basically Zero coverage. Remember the call we had a while back saying we need like 10 scripts each a week or something? lol Yeh right. Not sure how OR if they will be able to turn things around.

What foolery. With lite to no coverage this stupid company has given us sales goals for Q1. Our coverage is absolute crap . Any idiot who understands the current market knows that even getting 5 scripts for Q1 with our current coverage is a huge success. Nope, not these idiots. The only sales reps left in the Immunology division are the poor fools who simply have not found a better job yet. You’d have to be a complete idiot to think things are going to be okay at this company. You would think the company would do something different after seeing so many reps leave. Only a desperate or uninformed fool wound fill the role of a rep who has left.
