First week in on training. Place is a disorganized shit show. Steer clear, unless you just need a job to get you by until you find something else.

Most people still can’t get payroll or benefits setup.

Recruiters at Mix talent lied about what bonus structure was. Get whatever recruiter tells you in writing.

They issue you a company AMEX, but want you to pay the bill, then they will pay you back.

Company car is a shit box Nissan Rogue, however no clarity on date car will be received. They will give you $600 a month until car arrives.

Benefits are horribly priced, you can find line priced plans on the marketplace. $300-500 a pay period for family health plan.

They are making you take OSHA trainings, Lab trainings, manufacturing trainings, all things that have nothing to do with sales, or the product.

Vacation is an accrual process. Takes 20 years yes, 20 years to get to the point of six weeks vacation.

Also Mix Talent never mentions this but they want a non compete for one year, however simple solution, edit the PDF doc and send it back, change year to week they don’t catch it, plus non competes don’t hold up in most states. Also surprising they have a non compete for a 3rd rate company selling a
Biosimilar. Seems like they are trying to keep you hostage.

if you need a job take it and use the time between now and the July 31st launch date to find another job. It’s a better option than unemployment.

Today was enlightening $2500 a month total for overnights, airfare, personal meals while traveling, and offices breakfast, lunch and snacks.

So Motel 6 and $5 Little Caesars for offices. We are going to get our asses kicked. What a joke of a launch.

If this is the invest they are making. I can only imagine the investment they are making with PBM’s.
 






They have done a great job of making the smallest task difficult. Onboarding is a total cluster.

Total lack of direction here. This will not last. They have many critical roles filled by people who don’t understand the landscape.
 












I’m guessing most of the sales force will turn over before launch. They are projecting 3% market share. It’s gonna be 0 with their launch plan. They have no idea how to enter the biosimilars launch. Gotta love the fact that the data they have is almost two years old, they think it’s an account sell and have said, coverage isn’t everything…umm coverage is 1000% everything for a biosim.

Wow... coverage is the ONLY thing when selling a biosim. WTF???? Well.... Pfizer has a decent Biosim division so maybe you could jump there if thiscrashes. I know it doesn't get more big-pharma than that but it'd be job security at least. I hope it'll be better at FK than you think. I know several great people that just started here and am hoping the best for them.
 












Ali and Mike S are complete tools. Mike S makes a Sloth look like a sprinter the way he makes decisions (poorly). If Fresenius Kabi were an online dating company it would be called “Lowered Expectations!”
