True. Realistically speaking, as it stands out coverage sucks for Idacio and Tyenne (due to the J code. Not sure about the future of this company, but it is looking like it is time to leave when the next right opportunity opens up.

Horrible Bonus Structure. Complete garbage. I wonder what this bonus payout will be? $50. lol. Sad part is we reps can’t even earn our bindi because overage sucks. We are at the mercy of whatever the company wants to pay us.

The bonus structure is ridiculous. I'm quite sure the entire sales force is looking for other opportunities. Such an easy fix too. Bonuses should be guaranteed at 100% for the remainder of '24 while they get the severely restricted coverage situation fixed. Idacio will never fly with tiny Med D wins - Offices not even considering using it based on these "wins". Tyenne will need a Q code in place before accounts will consider using as well.

Agreed this isnt the euro market time to stop living in fantasy land. Consider it a retention bonus.

Just when you think you couldn’t meet anyone more incompetent or clueless about their job….the person who’s been in charge of strategy and marketing Tyenne doesn’t even know how the drug is administered!!! It’s on page 1 of the package insert!!!! If she were in sales and made a comment like that, she would be fired immediately. But, since it’s FK, she will probably get a promotion.
