Looks like there is a new whistleblower case filed by current employee MW in Florida. Something about an operation pink bag suitcase with BCBS and Medicare fraud. Looks like a possible scam created by someone named Farrell.

I started this thread to expose what was happening in Florida. With almost 1000 posts (the most on any board for any company) is enough proof that people are interested.

In reading the lab boards, it seems to be a common trait of the lab industry. Regional labs start up and many operate in a customer and employee oriented manner. Then they sell out to the bigger labs and the negative cycle continues.


and yes, many folks are interested in this thread. While there is certainly some BS here trying to distract from the threads point, Florida has been a mess since 2006.

The laboratory business especially the Anatomic side of the Pathology reference lab business is so fraking dirty and unethical, that I take three showers a day.

I can not wait for all of the "investigations" congress, CMS and the FTC are planning to undertake in 2013..
