FLORIDA EMPLOYEE'S TESTIFYING IN A FEDERAL CASE-THIS IS FOR YOU!

Yes she did file an amended complaint, and yes there was a threat. Public record shows an amendment to the complaint explaining the entire incident. The only one that continues to lie is TN.

It would seem that the Florida leader is extremely well connected at corp. That is fine since who you know is more important that what you know. The question is whether the org structure is getting the desired results. Morale is bad, but it is through much of LabCorp. How is service and the financial results?

Butyou keep posting.
Are you obsessed?
Do you have a problem?
You keep coming back time and time again.
I think you should see someone about your obsessive behavior on this board
You must really have a problem - seek help, or just stay away from your mom's computer.
You really have a problem

Florida thread keeps going, and going, and going, and going.

Still a few lawsuits pending. The LabCorp strategy is to drag these out and make it as lengthy and expensive as possible for the plaintiffs. Are any of these actually moving forward? Updates appreciated.

If things are so bad leave.

If you guys spent the same effort at your jobs as you do on these boards LabCorp would be a Garden of Eden.

Get over it and move on.

Ah, were it so easy. There are plenty of hard working people that more than give their due. Moaning and groaning here? Damn right! Leadership and a plan to make the right things happen are lacking.
