I started this thread to expose what was happening in Florida. With almost 1000 posts (the most on any board for any company) is enough proof that people are interested.

even you dont believe that, anyone can get a string up to 1000 if they are willing to commit the time to write 996 of them. your biggest "fans" are the 300 posts dedicated to calling you names
 


















Couldn't happen to a worse lab. It is about time the greed of this company finally catching up. Employee's just tell the truth. It is not worth your integrity to no be totally honest. Other labs are out there and looking for good people. LabCorp use to be a great place to work and I am so glad to be out of here. This is one case where the grass is truly greener, it has to be compared to LabCorp.

Looks like there are several LabCorp cases on the federal docket. Labcorp was actually sanctioned by the judge in one case for delaying the document production. This sounds a lot like what labcorp is doing in the investigation regarding the Medicare and UHC lawsuit. Whoever the attorneys are on this case may want to locate this specific case in Florida-Federal court. Considering that history seems to be repeating itself.

You are right. Not everyone is interested. However, from the number of views and posts, there is obviously a significant number that is. Florida went from being a very well run and high performing Division to one that has become very average at best. During this slide there was a change of leadership and no loyalty to key players that helped them to success in the first place.

So many of us are here to read where the Division is going and what misguided decision is next. Perhaps to revel in the lack of performance.

So you know what you are getting when you come to this thread. If that is a problem, keep moving.

I hope this company gets what they finally deserve. If the Managed Care companies only knew how bad LabCorp treats their employee's and how bad customer really hate this company Nation wide, they would drop them like a Hot Potato ..... Maybe the right person will read these boards and the truth will come out.
