That's not how it works here at this flat out cool company! The it's not about transparency- it's a poker game.Why doesn't kip let people know who has a job and perhaps those who don't can start looking? It's inhumane.

Yeah, I totally agree. Absolutely inhumane. Who wants to work for an organization like this anyway?! I LOVED how they canceled the bridging compensation conference call on Friday morning. So typical of J&J. Just can't get their shit together. Poorly run, very unorganized. Oh, and by the way, don't forget to update your Optimizer so before you get axed, your replacement will have all the information! NO THANKS! I am going to say that it is already completed.
 






Curious to hear in the next few weeks if the demotivating managers on this post end up with jobs. Anyone who works for these idiots will have to keep all of us updated!

It seems like the 3 most demotivating managers posted were....Spilker, Pacella, Walsh, etc... Not sure which divisions they work for or what geography, but someone please let us know. Just curious to see if the panel saw through all their BS...Hopefully, Mon. 10/15 or at the latest Mon, 10/22....

So TRUE! The west coast is a mess!!! It's like we are a totally different company here because although we have larger geography, we have less people (Except for Cali). A huge group of kiss-ass managers who are worthless.
 












I just read the previous posts about Walsh and I am finding out that all of it is true. Our new division wishes we had our prior manager back. No one is happy with pharma Walsh. Sounds like he sucked in his previous division and now he sucks in our division. No one can believe he even became a manager?!
 










































its in the JNJ manager handbook under paragraph "here's how to keep your job" - you must demotivate each team member then pick them off one at a time so we can hire less experienced, cheaper reps and keep driving our cost down while increasing profits. If you are not total douche bag or have any morals, you will be fired instead.

My manager does same damn thing. It's sickening. don't fall for the "I'm only trying to help you" or "how come we can't have discussions?" I have yet to meet a manager within Ethicon that doesn't deserve to be hit by a bus.

It's funny because that is Walsh's favorite line.... "I am only trying to help you". Our team is literally dying. It is so bad. I would rather go to the dentist and get a root canal than to deal with him.
