The entire "new company" manager lineup is a joke. 90% are former endo and have this wormy, slimy, tow the company line style. They expect all reps to live in one hospital and drive the business. Oh yeah, and don't have better numbers than my favorite former endo reps or you will be put on the shit list. regionally, number two for quota and still no respect. The local hbt rep has yet to attend a single hernia case.....????? Wtf???? 10 months on the job and doesn't know the first thing about SS, Physio, Proceed, etc.. This new company has produced nothing but assholes. SW, HS, BO, BM and the list goes on.

One of my friends worked for him in bariatrics. Said he actually set his Outlook emails to go out at odd hours to show that he was working around the clock. Paranoid! Sorry but EES was full of people just trying to fit in.

This post is spot on. Perception is more important than reality with ESC. My HBT has yet to show up for a single BARIATRIC case cause she is uncomfortable with the staple and afraid if something goes wrong.

Wow! Pretty clever. I never knew you could do that. I should do the same. I should have my emails send at 4am. Meanwhile, I will stay in bed till 9, then hit the gym. Sounds like a plan. Thanks for the great plan. I will get on that!

This must be bumped, we can longer allow these chump monkeys to skate through another year!

Please senior management take note and get rid of these people. When I had my previous manager I wanted to get up and go work for him. Now I ignore the calls from my DM, I am sick and tired and being asked 5 questions to get to the 6th one that really matters. There is such a hidden agenda that he carries, NOBODY trusts him!
