I have to say a manager in the West is by far the most demotivating manager I have ever dealt with. Not only does he suffer from the "little man" syndrome, he also plays favorites with a person on the team. She claims to have very important relationships but fails to actually sell anything. This team has lost tons of business but he's so wrapped up in the drama they create, he is useless to do anything. Why did I come here? Wish I had known.
