You need to start a different thread...not that we aren't grateful, but CF is to do just that...complaint, we come here to vent...to get it out of our system....not to be lectured or be told of how good you got it going on...there is an app for that... that app is called LinkedIn

Nope. Just a rep who likes what they are doing and is happy with my situation at ITI. You go ahead and hang onto that negativity with both hands. It's serving you well.

And clearly a lot of time on your hands, if you’re going up and down this forum defending the ITCI brass. Hope they drop a couple extra shares in your next bonus, along with a head pat
 
















I have been trying very hard to give this company a chance and the benefit of the doubt. But they are a specialty company that treats their sales force as if they are 1st time reps calling on primary care docs. They are stuck in the way way way past. Sad.

I couldn’t agree more. I find it funny that ITCI and other companies are always preaching to their sales forces about thinking outside the box, find other ways to get in front of your customers, ect, but, when it comes to management and above doing things differently, changing w/ the times, they don’t evolve at all. They stick w/ the exact same outdated game plans and management styles they have been using since before viagra was launched.
 




the pit of hell? Dude was notorious at Forest. Even has his own thread. Don’t know who the mum it’s was that said the East had no Forest managers. He will stay afloat by firing Reps left and right then claiming to his boss that his numbers are down because he’s never had a full team and he keeps getting new people

AND TRAINING HAS ALWAYS SUCKED AT THIS COMPANY. THEY SUPPORT THE BULLSHIT STRATEGIES
 
































The culture here is the absolute worst I’ve seen in my 20 year career. Definitely will be looking for a new job. Life is too short to be employed by such a toxic culture company.

Ok we get i! How many more times are you going to post the same message. Get out and stay out already if you don’t like it. In fact, find a job in another industry because every pharma company has the same model. We all follow Pfizer.
