CIBA VISION OPENINGS!!!

I have a question for anyone who has been through the f2f interview process about the business plans. I just had a phone interview yesterday and got an email today for scheduling a f2f. I got the email for the assessment and the role play for the wine scenario but I don't see anything about doing a business review?? My interview is next week.

You may want to double check the email you received about the wine role play. There should be an attachment labeled "businessplandoc" or something to that effect on the email. I didn't notice the attachment at first glance myself. Good Luck!

I interviewed in LA. the wine role play lasted roughly 20 minutes. However, there's a role play that follows where you have to be a car saleman which also lasted roughly 20 minutes. Seems long but goes pretty quickly.

I interviewed in DC last week, great experience, I got a call and an a offer from the sales manager in my area. To anyone left on the this message board do your homework and be prepared before you get to your face to face.

Congrats on the offer. I can't believe they called back so quickly after the interveiw. Do you have to go through all 3 interviews?

for those who received an offer, congrats. My current base is 65, I was wondering what the range was for the offers. With regards to the business plan they told me that is was eliminated because they had candidates not showing up for the interview because of it...thanks for your help

Just curious what the offer was from a salary perspective...also how much more did they give you when you countered..I appreciate your help, my interview is this Thursday in NC

This may be true; I met a guy in DC who didn't have one either. The only problem with this story is I don't know if he got the job. I would say always be prepared. Good luck in NC

I agree..If they emailed you a buiness plan, you need to do it. That was the first thing they asked for when you showed up to sign yourself in. Some candidates have to do one and some don't. I don't know why but that is how they did the interviews. I know many candidates had only one interview too but don't know if they got an offer. Did anyone get an offer with one interview?
