New Hire here: Now we are taking the SDA test, the shit at Ciba is never ending.
This company is full of shit!! Every time I turn around there is somethng else to quiz you on.

I've had the Phone interview with the recruiter and i've done the online assessement stuff(math quiz, etc). I'm scheduled for a phone interview with the district manager.

How many more steps would be after this phone interview?

How does training work? break it down week by week if you could.
