Hey very nice sales bulletin BJ it's great to see that pradaxa is at 190% of goal and all of the other great things happening at BI, right up to the point that you realize that you are about ready to completely fuck everyone on their 2011 commission. Is a slow bleed of the sales force preferable for you compared to a complete hemorrhaging of the salesforce? Very greedy Bobby.
 




I always love their vague cloak and dagger emails. It's a sign of something bad about to happen. Remember the layoff email. You couldn't figure out what the fuck Ros was trying to say but you knew it wasn't good.

an my manager in texas said that we are not big pharma and we are a small company. and my manager said look at all the big pharma companies they suck its great to be with BI. and my manager said that this a great compny and that i should buy a bigger house. and mymanager in texas said that i should keep working harder.
and my manager rides with me and he is so cool
and my manger in texas has been doing this for along long time and was a great rep and says i remind him of him

When the going get's tough; the tough get going. Tug on your boot straps recruit. It's a jungle out there. If you are absolutely capable and confident, then test your services with another company.

BI isn't that bad, the entire industry faces the same reality.

Measure daily work load against other jobs, being a BI rep isn't that stressful.
 








It sounds like a decent plan to me and as fair as I've seen. Whatever you make in goal attainment is divided by the national goal attainment (which will be the same for everyone). I'm satisfied with it. It will definitely weed out bottom feeders.

What don't you like about it? If I understand it correctly, if you have 95% goal attainment and the nation has 95%, you make 100% of payout. If you have 95% goal attainment and the nation has low 90s%, you make even more. Certain areas of the country will probably get screwed but that isn't my problem.

I don't know about you, but my goals are about 10x more than I am doing right now. Before you say I'm a bottom feeder I am well above the midline.

I'm no cheerleader for the asshats in corporate- they've overshot goals for everyone this year. However, let's say you make 85% of goal and the nation comes in at 80%, you're still making commission. This may counteract their overaggressive goals for this year but we'll see how it plays out. You need to do better than the national average to make money.

F*ck. I'm quitting pharma and going to try to get a consultants job since they've been so succesful in getting BI to change their IC plan every two years. What a gig.

Know why one of the reasons BI changes their plans? Horowitz said, and I kid you not, "just when the gamers learn to work the system we need to change it up."

Right Evan when's the last time you carried a bag. Corporate ass-clown. Maybe you should start working on the waistline.

No you inattentive little don't give a fuck twit: in your first scenario you get about 40% of your commission, in the second you get nothing. Not your problem? This just proves that you are both stupid and arrogant! Your daddies should be very proud.
