That makes total sense. You could be the con man that sells BI their latest LOS waste of time, the Diabetes Foundations of Diabetes Training complete piece of shit overkill learning system, and finally that beyond worthless Hospital training program that only applies to the 5% to 10% that gets credit for theses accounts.

Is this how it was done at BMS BJ? BI needs to re-look how their training is done. From pre initial, all the way through to the home study courses. The department is so entrenched that they are clueless what is going on and how the big boys do it.

We need to get jobs creating busy work for the field and then selling the package to BI.

Hey Kool-aid drinker, get back to me at year end and let's see if you are full of shit. Truth is all sales will see their pay drop by at least 20,000. BI will take advantage of us while the economy is bad. Fortunately, you short sighted pieces of shit the economy won't stay bad forever, and competitors are coming.

I would if they this were a sales job.....but it's not, it's just teamwork and collaboration, make up STAR's and kiss everyone's ass and you'll move along. No one cares about selling anything here just making the appearance that they can pull out a visual aid and spew out the message is all they want.
