an my manager in texas said that we are not big pharma and we are a small company. and my manager said look at all the big pharma companies they suck its great to be with BI. and my manager said that this a great compny and that i should buy a bigger house. and mymanager in texas said that i should keep working harder.
and my manager rides with me and he is so cool
and my manger in texas has been doing this for along long time and was a great rep and says i remind him of him

If you hit 100% and the nation hit 90% guess what.....you get 90%
You CAN NOT get 100% of your pay out unless two things happen you and the nation hit 100%
OR
you hit 105% or above at which point the national goal doesn't count for as much.

In my part of the country the goals are so high that almost nobody will hit them. This will pull the nation down and we will all have to pool our change just to get a cup of coffee. I can't even begin to tell you how motivated I feel right now.

What stinks is that people who exceed their expectations are gonna get hurt b/c of lazy sacs of dung like you who would rather complain about goals than actually work.

These are not pay cuts. The payouts will be the same, or even increased. But, in order to get paid out, you need to hit the threshold of at least 95%.
Heck, if you ran the IC dept, you would make everyone just salary and have no pay for performance. As a matter of fact, how about we just pay reps based on R&F #'s.
The IC plan will payout target: it may cut YOUR individual IC by 70%, but it'll double or triple the real performers... Sorry!
