In my part of the country the goals are so high that almost nobody will hit them. This will pull the nation down and we will all have to pool our change just to get a cup of coffee. I can't even begin to tell you how motivated I feel right now.

Hey fuckface, guess what. Everyone has aggressive goals. Maybe in your part of the country, reps suck and won't hit them.

What stinks is that people who exceed their expectations are gonna get hurt b/c of lazy sacs of dung like you who would rather complain about goals than actually work.

I am actually have one of the higher shares in the region and that is what is so interesting. I am happy for you that you are such a wonderful rep that you have no issues.

Truth is this plan will cut ic payouts by 70% and is the first step in eliminating commission.
 
















Get up the guts to learn how and when to really close a customer and goals will be easily attained. If you aren't asking for the business at every possible moment, you are missing out. Customers expect a close. Didn't say it is easy but it can be done and makes a huge difference in goal attainment.
