I just got offered another job within- 10% increase in base plus sign on bonus and an increase in quarterly bonus. Novartis leadership wants to scare you folks and beat you down and make you believe that you have to stay there. It’s on you if you chose to stay and let them beat you down.

Abl told us yesterday that They find out increases February 15th and have to telll their people by end of February.

1. who decides on merit increases? Abl or HR/P&o?

2. Some rumor about salary adjustments. No need for shitty comments. Please. But most former pcp reps are at the very bottom of the respective ranges. Or $118K for Senior level. Will they change that so those reps are more in the 50th percentile?
