The the merit raises are not based on awards. Based on where you are/were in range for your level. The ex-PCPs probably got higher raises in terms of % than some Executive levels, with or without awards

ok thanks for clearing that up. Does seem like the Abl can play favorites and distribute bigger % to their buddies which should not be allowed

ABLs align reps based on level and the top reps get 4%+ the middle get 3% and the shit in the bottom 20% get 1-2%

Wrong. Every one has a percentage range based on pay range for your title. Can’t really go above or below that suggested range.
