Base Merit increase percentage

Has anyone caught wind of what the Merit Increase percentage will be this year? The last two years the US had lower than industry average and merit increase was insultingly low.

Ignoring the asshat trolls who obviously aren’t affected….yes, last year was insultingly low, as were the CV2 pay “adjustments” that barely happened 4 months late. Add that to area goals and stupid high Entresto goals and this is where we get to find out if Neil really plans on changing the culture or not.

Especially given that 2021 was low as well, despite every Q/A Partners and Organization kept saying they were monitoring the inflation situation. 5x25 but last in employee compensation is NVS mantra.

Develop some ambition and get promoted so you’re not concerned with merit increases and pay adjustments, loser

4-6% based on inflation and last year's subpar, usually Novartis lags but then makes up for it. I'd bet 3% minimum for low performance and average between 4-5%, top performance 6%.

That rate is Not keeping up with inflation or competitors! If our merit increases are so horrible with awful culture it doesn’t make it very attractive to work here anymore.
