Bacterin Biologics

Kool-aid is the business Bacterin is in. This is not about selling biologics, medical devices, integrity, science, medicine, etc. It's about selling and drinking Kool-aid. The, Cook/Taggart Brothers, kool-aid.The upper management sells kool-aid too the sales force and as long as you drink it and make very limited incomes you can stay. Once you stop drinking the kool-aid, or begin making allot of money, you will be replaced and the person coming in behind you will be paid less. This is the Kool-aid company, don't ask questions - just sell; don't request a commission statement - just sell our kool-aid; we will take care of everything (isn't that what Bernie Madoff stated?) Trust me, drink my kool-aid, you'll make 250,000. annually, this is an out and out, kool-aid drink.

If you will buy this and drink the kool-aid this is the perfect job for you. In my opinion, there is no integrity, no honesty, no transparency you can trust, just greed, lies and deception and of course plenty of kool-aid.

I hope your short lived career isn't your first in medical sales, go find a good company with a real track record of success. There are some good ones out there. Sell medical products not kool-aid. Best of luck.

Where is the like button

If you are still working at Bacterin, and are unhappy, have an iota of self respect and quit.

What type of loser doesnt have the balls to quit, obviously you arent doing well. Its just a matter of time before you get fired for lack of sales.

Do everyobe a favor, grow some balls and quit.

Please, please, please, quit.

Quit,

No way Jose, I'm having to much fun watching us implode.

Still Stuck

One company can only burn so many sales guys before it catches up with them. Guy, Bobby, Jakofsky and Troy all know whats going down here. Do the stockholders? Wonder when the doorbell will ring from the FDA and DOJ. SAB members/SC offlabel implants/company promos to the doctors? Yep, as mentioned above everything is just about the sales!! The employees should feel safe, ya think?

"Josh" just keep drinking the kool-aid baby. You're next!!

Right on

The latest is that HR is now checking serial numbers on company owned computers and certain individuals have been warned about making any other posts for fear that they will insert foot into mouth...

You Morons...Don't you know that the crook is the only one dumb enough to try and post anonymously from his person computer....remember that one Guy...I'm sure you do, idiot.

Watching it Burn.....and still stuck....

BONE reps do realize you are about the third generation of failed sales forces Cook tried to launch going back to about 2005? The first "national" sales force was five reps. The second was about six reps. The third as I recall about seven. None lasted more than about 18 months with the "internal" sales force taking over. (Customer Service). Ever wonder why Taggert is NSM? He obtained a $3 mil loan for company? Great qualifications.

Wonder why Jesus is gone, thought he and the Cookster were joined at the hip, as he certainly knows where the skeletons are.

Say what you want but on the Yahoo BONE chat board, there are many who are sticking with BONE and are betting it is going to $10 or more if not bought by Medtronic or J&J first.

Are you really so thick headed that you seriously believe that Medtronic or J&J would consider buying a company in the middle of BFE? What would they buy that everyother biologic company isnt alteady making? What IP would they buy? None! BACTERIN HAS NO IP YOU FOOLS!

We believe our patent filings and patent position will facilitate growth and enhance our proprietary core competencies, enabling us to protect and expand revenue growth and stockholder value in the future.* We expect that additional patent applications will be filed and prosecuted as inventions are discovered, technological improvements and processes are developed and specific applications are identified. The status of individual patents and patent jurisdiction is maintained in our internal records.* We anticipate, however, that there may be instances in which we enter into collaborative research and development agreements with medical device companies under such terms that the medical device company may or will retain a right to make future patent filings arising from such cooperative development agreement. In such instances, we will attempt to protect our overall patent use rights by agreements which limit the right of the collaborative party to an exclusive right only as it pertains to the field of use, as defined by the applicable project’s scope of work. In this manner, we anticipate that we will receive future benefit and use of such intellectual property outside the field of use, as defined by any given scope of work.* There can be no assurance that we will be able to obtain final approval of any patents.
*
Trademarks
*
We believe in the superiority of our technology and products.* As a result, we have invested in the development and protection of the names of our products in order to drive consumer awareness and loyalty to the brand.* To protect this investment, we have registered, and continue to seek registration, of these trademarks and continuously monitor and aggressively pursue users of names and marks that potentially infringe upon our registered trademarks.* We currently own registered trademarks to the following brand names of certain of our products:* OsteoSponge®, OsteoWrap®, OsteoLock®, BacFast®, OsteoSelect®, and Elutia® and have recently applied to register hMatrix™.* We recently sued Allosource for infringing our OsteoSponge® trademark by marketing their competitive allograft product under the name “AlloSponge.”* See “Business - Legal Proceedings.”
*
Trade Secrets
*
To safeguard our proprietary knowledge and technology, we rely heavily upon trade secret protection and non-disclosure/confidentiality agreements with employees, consultants and third party collaboration partners with access to our confidential information. There can be no assurance, however, that these measures will adequately protect against the unauthorized disclosure or use of confidential information, or that third parties will not be able to independently develop similar technology. Additionally, there can be no assurance that any agreements concerning confidentiality and non-disclosure will not be breached, or if breached, that we will have an adequate remedy to protect us against losses. Although we believe our proprietary technology has value, because of rapid technological changes in the medical industry, we also believe that proprietary protection is of less significance than factors such as the intrinsic knowledge and experience of our management, advisory board, consultants and personnel and their ability to identify unmet market needs and to create, invent, develop and market innovative and differentiated new medical devices.

More smoke and mirrors. That is like saying we have a patent on cooking hotdogs. We cook them for 5.345 minutes . If someone wants to cook them for 6 minutes even..then one could get a patent on that "technique" also. It is stupid what they are claiming.

Damn that stupid coating patent has been around for ever. They were trying to peddle that back in 05

There are countless ways to effectively demineralize bone to produce effectively equal products, hence why elastic cancellous bone grafts are now a commodity.

The antimicrobial coating technology is tragically the market's most overlooked need. Surely someone will eventually wake up to its latent potentiality as a possible diamond in the rough one day in the upcoming future.

More lies debunked, like shooting fish in a barrel.

APO done at $1.60 in June 2010. Stock went from $ 1.60 to $9.00, then back down to $1.61.

Up to $3.32 up 100% off it's lows. Pisses you off doesn't it?

Most of Bacterin investors extremely happy.
