AZ was always Good to Me.

Oh yes Az been belly good to me. Why when I come from the training, the Doctors sit to listen for me to tell them the drug. One time in the OR they ask me can I close ? Why I say yes every sales training we must make the close. They hand me the curved needle with the string and say “You make the close”. O h these were the days !! I make the sides stick together by doing the sewing and the Doctors they are laughing but the patient is still sleeping. This was the most fun I had.

Back in the 80s, I was promoted to hospital rep for 6 teaching hospitals in Chicago. It was a blast calling on the department chiefs, fellows, residents, nurses, and med students! Competitor reps and I would meet for coffee or lunch to share info and school new hospital reps to ensure our open door status at the hospitals was maintained. Everyone got along and we all made big $s. Those were great selling days, AZ alumnus proud!
I was a Hospital Rep in Atlanta and had a similar experience. I remember detailing the residents at the outpatient clinics and everyday was a joy to work. AZ is #1 with me.

It's not the same company anymore. I've witnessed the changes. The present leadership team is too busy micromanaging & keeping check on people. I moved from field to HQ in Wilmington & have seen the worst environment ever! As leaders we've been ask to check when our teams come in & go out keeping track of every movement & my manager does the same for me. It feels like a prison than professional workplace. No trust left, no collaboration but we have been playing detectives!!! HR VP is a cuckoo, very inefficient with no presence of her own. She doesn't have a clue what's going on around & only dances with leaders. I asked HR VP about enterprise priority and I&D initiative & she gave me corporate jargon. SHe clearly hates diversity in workplace. This is what happens when you hire inexperienced people at leadership positions......
True that! She's the most clueless person I've ever seen. She's absolutely demotivating, biased and cunning. She doesn't know how other companies manage people. She just follows whatever senior leadership ask her to do. No presence at all. Not impressed with her!

Metallica was awesome last night!! Great to have beers with AZ alumni pre- and post-concert!!! AZ was good to me!
Wish I could have been at the Metallica concert! When I retired from AZ we moved to the Carolina coastline. One of the great Metallica songs of all times is "Nothing Else Matters". Well looking out at the ocean - - - Nothing Else Matters! Thanks to AZ, my wife and I are enjoying the good life.

The best thing we could do is get rid of 90% of the HR morons then relabel the rest “secretary” since that’s the only thing they’re good for. Giving HR power to decide things is like giving the village idiot matches to play with.

This is one fuck head posing as many to troll a message that AZ is great. AZ sucks, and we all know it. Go back to your cave, ass cheese.

You NO.....Like-ee....Quit-ee....we don't need morons like You-ee.....I made big money and and did a good job and I got rewarded for my effort, not only with AZ, but when I worked for Sanofi...and Parke-Davis....you are what's wrong with the world today Dip-Head

It really is strange that 1 dude would sit around posting “AZ is great” over and over again when we know it was 1 person and we all know AZ sucks.

If you spent more time trying to find a date rather than worrying about who is posting on Cafepharma, your loser ass wouldn’t spend your Saturday night posting.
