If you have not heard anything yet it likely means they are flying another candidate to Boston this week to look at. Does not necessarily mean you are out but means there is something they are not 100% sold on. You likely have to wait another week before learning your fate.

Or they hadn’t had a chance to interview another candidate for the same territory so they couldn’t make an offer without meeting them first. I was the first candidate interviewed for my territory. They weren’t seeing my competition until next week in Boston. So I wouldn’t freak out. I never expected to be the only candidate.

I understood 8/16 start in Boston to be a few days of onboarding, then sent back home to begin home study.

No, but it helped me make final decision to go to Gilead. Was not impressed with two of the managers. This, along with the lack of communication in hiring process cemented it for me.

Well said. By the way, has anyone submitted their travel expenses for reimbursement? With such little communication post interview, makes me wonder how long it will take to be reimbursed for travel. My flight wasn’t cheap.
