I interviewed this week. Was told offers at end of next week. I don’t envy their schedule. All day, 5 days a week for the month of July. Best guest is they are able to rotate about 8 candidates a day through 4 different interviews. I thought they did a great job with the hiring event.

I got my offer and was very pleased. The salary is on par with rare disease but the real grab for me is the RSU/ Stock options offering… an opportunity to really bank some serious coin! Sure the 401k could be better but you would be a fool if that is what is holding you back.

I was told by HR that interviews next week in Boston is the last week for the hiring event. All new hires will report to Boston on 8/16 for first day of employment. Half of the new territories already have had offers extended, still half to go. End of month is about as long as they can wait for offers. Anyone from Chicago received an offer yet, and if so, when?
