I am in the process of interviewing. I had my panel interviews last week. I was told that panel interviews for all candidates would continue to take place through this week. Hoping to hear something by Friday.

Seriously, if you are a talented neuro rep and making less than 180k in base, then you are being taken advantage of. There are several neuro sales forces whose averages are close to 185 base. Argent is working with a rare disease and will need to pay higher to get better talent.

I was told $60,000 bonus uncapped and $1,000/mo. car allowance plus a generous amount of RSU's at hire and issued annually. They would not give a range on base salary but gave me a face to face IV when i asked for over $150K
