Argenx

At the end of every quarter there is an UNHEALTHY push to close revenue gap -Never expect to go on vacation without your laptop/ you will work on vacation- do not fall for "unlimited PTO", you will be working (off-hours, vacation, etc) -Lots of High Performing-Toxic employees -Very little sense of teamwork .Not as much room to move upward in career development, promotions take a long time, no sizeable pay increases within the first several years of working there.

go away trolls. You don’t work at argenx. Tons of future growth with lots of upside for advancement if you are good. If you can find a company with a better pipeline and upside potential please share who it is here

Nad leadership, toxic work environment, no support from leadership, silos, if you are a part of the leadership club you will not have any problems, little opportunities for advancement

Information silos, disorganized chain of communication, sometimes misaligned goals among cross functional teams. Create more opportunities for career development. Develop plans with achievable goals and reasonable timelines to guide employees to obtain the next level in their careers
