Q2 payouts will be a major disappointment after hearing lots of territories didn’t get many of their triangulations approved. WTH!!!! This is not helping culture and trust! Meanwhile the vials data shows how many of us have been screwed out of tons of $$$ since launch. Ugh!!!!!!

I was not disappointed, another great quarter. Haven’t been at the top yet but some people are really doing well. There is opportunity and with the improving culture there’s nowhere I’d rather be. Great drug, solid payouts. Hope it continues.

Feels like things are going backwards instead of getting quicker. More offices complaining, more noise. RM and Karen thought you were fixing that and the culture? neither is working.

A number of individuals with a petulant and sophomoric attitude with one goal in mind: their personal advancement, grow their fiefdoms, and whose idea of collaboration is to reinvent the wheel and make boisterous demands. This makes for a very difficult culture and work environment. Personal ambitions compromise collaboration and undermine and trivialize attempts at establishing and standardizing processes and procedures. "Us vs. them" inferiority complex, fear of failing and of saying "no", lack of accountability.

The climate is stifling with lots of micromanagement. There are so many levels of leadership with no one making real decisions. It feels that they are trying to make people so uncomfortable that they leave on their own.
I think my personal favorite is the fact that everyone passes the buck on what their work. There is little commitment to good leadership on the part of senior leaders, and so leadership isn't valued much. It gets lip service but few resources committed to developing leaders, holding them accountable for good leadership, and creating a strong incentive to stay at the company.
Utterly disorganized company full of silos. Frequently engineered urgency due to lack of planning and forward thinking. Managers aren't doing any actual managing. Communication is an alien concept.

Axe-genix is right!!! This company fires people easily. Do they not believe in protecting their own and providing warnings? SMH
The company may fire people so easily, unfortunately not the right people. LM was a small ray of hope some had in her ability to get other leaders to embrace Karen's stated vision of our culture. RM, BR, CB, SS, RH etc will NEVER change. We could hope they all cash out on their big paydays and leave. Perhaps then there could be an influx of actual leaders here and not a group of micromanaging, narcissistic and genuinely miserable "leaders".

The only plausible answer for someone feeling like LM was a “ray of hope” is that :
A. You ARE LM
B. You don’t actually know the REAL LM
C. You are just LIKE LM

If your answer is C, I suggest you adjust your morals. Because you will also be fired.
The place isn’t “Axe-genx”. They just weren’t only talking when they said they wanted to fix the culture. Heaven forbid they walk the walk too.

RM would be gone. Turned a blind eye on the crap DD and BR was doing.

SMH!!! LM was a great leader and lead a great team to be #1 in the country. Not sure what you have against her but her situation wasn’t handled properly. This company fires more easily than most which is concerning to say the least. People need to find a little more compassion on this thread. Everyone’s so easy to bash others.

Is that not par for the course at Axe-genix?

Chaotic org structures globally and locally, Management is more retaliatory and focuses on blame/mistakes more than positive contributions of employees. Can be disorganized at times. Communication between departments is challenging . Leadership says all of the right things publicly but in closed sessions share true opinions that are not encouraging or patient focused
